A. Absolutely. We are open to the jewelry designing public.
Q. Do you have a discount for wholesalers?
A. All of our products are already priced as low as possible. However, as we offer our items 50-90% below retail price, we do have many customers who purchase large quantities for resale. We are happy to accommodate these orders!
Q. Do you have a showroom or physical store?
A. We’re sorry, but no. As part of our commitment to bring you the best beads at the best prices, we are an online-only company. By eliminating the costs of a brick-and-mortar store, we eliminate the necessity to make that much more profit and pass the savings on to our customers.
Q. I found something I love, but it is no longer in stock. Do you restock items?
A. When we can! However, our items come to us through special deals and many are not offered to us again at these prices. It’s the nature of the beast. On the flip side, if you want us to be on the lookout for a certain kind of bead or finding, just contact us and we’ll be glad to notify you if anything comes in!
Q. What is your privacy policy?
A. Your private information is important to us, and we firmly believe it should remain private. We never sell or rent email addresses or any of your information to third parties. It will be used solely for the purpose for which you provide it.
Q. When will my order ship?
A. We typically process orders within 3 business days. We know what it feels like to be waiting impatiently for beads to arrive, and we’ll do all we can to get yours to you quickly!
