Returns Policy

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on every item we sell! You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Random Pick items are covered under this guarantee, but should you choose to return a Random Pick item, you must return the full quantity purchased.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Our shipping warehouse is located in Normandy, Tennessee, in the USA. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. US shipping depends on order size, and is generally under $5.00 (you can calculate shipping in the shopping cart for an instant quote). International shipping quotes are based on actual shipping cost and can also be obtained in the shopping cart.

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. Shipping time depends on the carrier; for most US addresses, we ship via USPS, which takes around 3-5 business days.

International orders are typically delivered in 2-6 weeks, depending on the country.



Combined Shipping Policy 

If a customer places multiple orders before the first order ships, we may combine those orders into a single shipment in situations where doing so benefits the customer by qualifying for an upgraded shipping method (eg, Priority Mail instead of USPS First Class) or a lower shipping rate.  

If we combine your orders, we will refund any overages paid if the shipping cost for combined shipping is lower than the total paid by the customer in separate shipping charges. In some cases, the customer benefits through faster processing times for the second order and faster shipping speed, and in others, we can save you money too. We'll always do our best to get your beads to you quickly and securely, and we will never use shipping as a profit center. 

If you would like us to combine specific orders to see if we can save you shipping, please contact us and let us know. While we do our best to save you money and combine orders when we can, we typically process and ship orders out in the same order they come in, so if your orders are far apart in our queue, they will most likely be shipped separately unless you request otherwise. We will always do our best to accommodate customer requests. :)
