Tiger iron is a variety of tigereye that shows heavy quartz and/or hematite swirls. Exact color and pattern varies widely, and shape and size may vary slightly, due to the natural materials and lapidary process. Hand-cut beads will vary more in size and shape than our typical machine-cut stock.
