Q. Why are your prices so low?

A. We buy from factories and dealers all over the world, specializing in discount beads and findings. Most of our inventory comes from store closings, liquidations, and special bulk buys. We keep our overhead costs low and don’t bother with fancy repackaging so we can focus on bringing you the highest quality beads at the lowest possible prices.

Q. Can I buy from you even if I’m not a wholesaler?

A. Absolutely. As a company, Bead Box Bargains is open to the jewelry designing public.

Q. Do you have a discount for wholesalers?

A. No. All of our products are already priced as low as possible. However, if you’re interested in resale, you can probably find plenty of products we offer that can be resold at a profit.

Q. Do you have a showroom or physical store?

A. We’re sorry, but no. As part of our commitment to bring you the best beads at the best prices, we are an online-only company. By eliminating the costs of a brick-and-mortar store, we eliminate the necessity to make that much more profit and pass the savings on to our customers.

Q. I found something I love, but it is no longer in stock. Do you restock items?

A. When we can, which isn’t often. Most of these beads come from special deals and are not offered to us again at these prices. Some beads may be restocked if we find more of them at a discount, but there are no guarantees. It’s the nature of the beast. On the flip side, if you want us to be on the lookout for a certain kind of bead or finding, just contact us and we’ll be glad to notify you if anything comes in.

Q. What is your privacy policy?

A. Your private information is important to us, and we believe it should remain private. We never sell or rent email addresses or any of your information to third parties. It will be used solely for the purpose for which you provide it.

Q. When will my order ship?

A. Usually within 3 business days. We make every effort to process and ship your order promptly. We know what it feels like to be waiting impatiently for beads to arrive, and we’ll do all in our power to get yours to you quickly!

Q. What is your return policy?

A. All items we sell are backed by our 100% Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our customer support team within 14 days to arrange a return. Simply return the beads in their original condition and you will be issued a full refund of their purchase price. If the item is defective or not as described, please let us know and we will also include a shipping refund. Your satisfaction is our goal, and we stand behind every item we sell!
