NOTE: We ship these items packed in zip bags to help protect against moisture or damage in transit. However, airtight storage can cause the rich, natural oils present in high-quality sandalwood to rise to the surface, creating a white film of natural resin. This natural resin film melts almost instantly and can easily be removed by wiping with a clean, dry cloth. Once your package arrives, we recommend storing these genuine sandalwood pendants so that they can "breathe."
We've included a photo of a pendant before and after the natural oils were wiped clean with a dry cloth. If your pendant arrives with a white film on top, know that this is natural, harmless, and easy to remove. :)
